Yogurt

Paramythias traditional yoghurt was one of the first products to be prepared by our company, when it first started operating. Using the same recipe and the same raw materials, our region’s pure sheep’s milk, our cheese makers continue to produce this “simple” yet nutrient dense product. It is distinguished for its rich flavor, its creamy texture and the thin skin covering it. It can be enjoyed with seasonal fruit, honey, walnuts, as well as with sweet preserves.
