The Kefalograviera of Paramythia is a Protected Designation of Origin product made from Greek pasteurised sheep’s and goat’s milk, using the authentic Paramythia recipe.
It has a distinct piquant taste and rich aroma. It has a dry appearance and yellowish colour. It has a firm and springy texture, with a lot of holes in its mass, a pleasant, mildly savoury taste and rich aroma.
It can be used as a table cheese, as a cooking ingredient, grated on pasta, by itself as a pan-seared cheese appetiser, while it can also accompany your wine in the most perfect way.
